1️⃣ How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location:

Tracking link will be shared once your order is shipped.

2️⃣ Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available in most serviceable pin codes.
Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery time.

📌 If COD order is refused, COD may be disabled for future orders.

3️⃣ How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive:

4️⃣ What is the return policy?

We offer 5-day return support only if:

• Product is damaged / defective / wrong item received

• Full unboxing video is provided as proof

• Product is unused & in original packaging

We do not accept returns for “change of mind”.

5️⃣ How do I request a return or refund?

1. Order ID

2. Clear product images

3. Complete unboxing video

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

6️⃣ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We are here to fix it!
Send us the unboxing video + photos within 5 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.

7️⃣ Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel before dispatch only.
If the product is already shipped — cancellation is not possible.

Refusing delivery may lead to no refund for COD orders.

8️⃣ Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India 🇮🇳
We will expand globally in the future.

9️⃣ What if the courier fails to deliver?

Courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If unsuccessful:

• Package returns to the warehouse (RTO)

• Refund will not be issued for COD orders
